Social Sciences Curriculum Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Assess the alignment of the Social Sciences curriculum for Years 7–10 and suggest necessary modifications.

• Evaluate current learning pathways and propose enhancements.

• Prepare for and engage in a collaborative session aimed at prioritizing identified gaps and improvements.

• Execute project preparation, collaboration, and follow-up as required.

• Provide curriculum expertise for the development of Education Perfect’s online Social Sciences offerings and digital learning materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand Social Sciences curriculum for Years 7–10, including current curriculum standards.

• Experience in reviewing curriculum alignment, learning pathways, or educational resources.

• Capacity to identify gaps, prioritize enhancements, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance curriculum coverage.

• Enthusiasm for supporting educators and enhancing student learning through high-quality digital resources.

• Familiarity with Education Perfect or similar EdTech platforms is an advantage, though not essential.

• A resume and a brief cover letter detailing relevant curriculum expertise and experience are required.
