Pedagogical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the educational operations of the schools you manage.

• Evaluate educational data to pinpoint areas for improvement and strategize initiatives.

• Mentor and train educators in implementing active learning strategies in their classrooms.

• Offer pedagogical assistance to school leaders.

• Create reports and presentations regarding school performance and educational projects.

• Engage in meetings and events pertaining to education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a similar discipline.

• Advanced degree in Educational Management or a related area.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

• Willingness to travel frequently within the states of Santa Catarina and São Paulo.

• Valid and active Category B driver's license.

• Experience in classroom teaching.

• Understanding of pedagogical management.

• Skills in analyzing educational data.

• Competence in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Initiative and proactive mindset.

• Strong sense of empathy.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
