Social Media Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Edit content for social media platforms, including Reels, TikToks, advertisements, interview segments, podcast edits, and event highlight videos.

• Transform detailed briefs into completed videos by utilizing established templates, outros, and formatting standards.

• Combine AI video editing tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, and Kling with traditional editing methods.

• Design and execute engaging hooks, transitions, and dynamic editing styles.

• Generate variations for testing purposes, including hooks, introductions, and edits.

• Produce subtitles in both German and English.

• Manage task cards in Notion, encompassing status updates, export and preview links, and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Proven experience in social media editing; this role does not focus on image films.

• Familiarity with at least one AI video editing tool.

• Knowledge of platform dynamics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts.

• Sensitive medical content must be handled with care.

• Ability to work in a structured and self-directed manner.

• Strong written communication skills in both German and English.

• Submission of two to three work samples from the social media industry.

• Include one to two sentences detailing the AI tools utilized in previous work.
