📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders to develop marketing and sales initiatives.

• Strategize, draft, and implement social media campaigns and postings.

• Assist in the creation and management of partnerships with content creators and foster community engagement.

• Produce, edit videos, and generate digital content tailored for social media platforms and sales efforts.

• Interact with potential customers across social media platforms.

• Craft memes and embody YouCould's brand voice.

• Highly driven and eager to contribute to the growth of an early-stage company.

• Flexible in handling diverse tasks and meticulous in their execution.

• Open to personal development and learning alongside the company, with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in business, IT, creative fields, or a related area.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written) with the ability to work remotely.

• Familiar with internet (meme) culture.

• Knowledgeable about current trends in at least one key market: gaming, lifestyle, or sports.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for content creation, campaign organization, and post management.

• Application must include CV, a brief motivation summary, and an overview of knowledge regarding the creator economy.
