This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a thorough B2B social media strategy across key corporate social platforms.
• Oversee daily platform governance, publishing, listening, and reporting using Sprinklr.
• Execute and enhance AI-driven workflows, including automated tagging, LLM copywriting, intelligent scheduling, and summarization of social listening.
• Design and carry out experiential social marketing strategies for major events.
• Create, curate, and optimize short-form content targeting IT professionals, MSP owners, and technology leaders.
• Monitor and engage the online community, responding to mentions and inquiries.
• Develop social content that supports executive thought leadership, media interactions, and company narratives.
• Spearhead employee advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and executive stakeholders to enhance executive social presence and amplify content.
• Track channel performance, competitive sentiment, and share of voice, providing actionable insights and reporting.
• Assess emerging social trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to optimize performance.
• Design and deliver training on social selling and social advocacy for sales teams and subject-matter experts.
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram; familiarity with Reddit is a plus.
• Proficient in using Sprinklr's Publishing, Listening, and Analytics modules within an enterprise B2B context.
• Experience in integrating AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude and Sprinklr Copilot into everyday social media practices.
• Strong comprehension of B2B technology concepts with the ability to articulate complex IT capabilities into clear social messaging.
• Experience in event and community-based social activation.
• Exceptional B2B copywriting, editing, and content curation skills, particularly for LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics, social listening data, and ROI.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to train, coach, and empower non-marketing teams on social selling best practices.
• Proactive self-starter mentality with a track record of identifying performance gaps, testing content formats, and presenting data-driven ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 6 years of dedicated social media management experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Experience in engaging technical audiences such as IT directors, systems administrators, MSPs, or enterprise technology leaders.
• 10-15% travel may be necessary (mainly for significant company events, industry conferences, and field activations).
