📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive social media campaign strategies tailored to meet client objectives and target demographics.

• Build and oversee influencer relationships, including identifying, vetting, and coordinating talent and creators.

• Negotiate influencer collaborations, clarify deliverables, supervise execution until completion, and report on performance metrics.

• Ensure the adoption of Power Circuit for clients within the designated portfolio.

• Independently manage a varied workload across multiple client accounts.

• Produce on-brand copy, creative, influencer campaign plans, and briefs.

• Utilize historical performance data and social trends to inform strategic adjustments.

• Develop and implement monthly content calendars that reflect consistent posting schedules and thematic content.

• Keep abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm modifications.

• Engage in team meetings and cross-departmental initiatives.

• Relay campaign progress, outcomes, and suggestions for improvement to clients.

• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and streamline business operations.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to the department.

• Oversee quality assurance processes, deliver projects on time, and support client performance, sentiment, and account retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.

• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates, with examples of how this knowledge has been applied to enhance strategies.

• Demonstrated success in managing social media strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries.

• Experience in crafting and maintaining distinct brand voices for clients.

• Proven history of developing and managing social campaigns that yield significant KPI results.

• Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to refine and optimize social strategies.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.

• Highly self-motivated individual.
