Social Media, PR Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee content across various social media platforms, including Instagram Reels.

• Manage daily community interactions, encompassing comments, direct messages, and audience engagement.

• Compose and distribute press releases and outreach communications.

• Prepare and send newsletters using MailChimp.

• Conduct influencer outreach by identifying Seattle-based influencers through Instagram and Facebook groups.

• Negotiate terms and compensation for influencer collaborations.

• Design basic static graphics in Canva as required.

• Organize and monitor tasks through Teamwork.

• Engage in daily communication via Slack.

• Implement social media management and public relations tasks currently executed in-house, enabling the internal team to concentrate on strategic initiatives.

• Strong skills in copywriting.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Good judgment regarding tone and messaging.

• Capacity to work independently and accurately.

• Experience with Canva is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Metricool is a plus; training will be offered.

• Knowledge of Slack is beneficial.

• Understanding of Teamwork or similar project management software is a plus.

• Experience with MailChimp is a bonus.

• Creative and strategic thinking is an asset.

• More experienced and detail-oriented than a junior-level candidate.
