• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that spans across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Plan, organize, and enhance the content calendar effectively.

• Create marketing campaigns, ongoing series, and scalable content frameworks.

• Analyze performance metrics and identify specific optimization strategies.

• Conduct A/B testing for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and various formats.

• Spot trends early and convert them into high-impact content ideas.

• Collaborate closely with the Video Editor to provide strategic guidance for content production.

• Formulate engagement and community-building strategies.

• Establish clear growth objectives and monitor their progress.

• Work in close partnership with the founder, Bastian.

• Proven track record in social media management.

• Preferably, experience in education, crypto, trading, or finance industries.

• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency and trading.

• Awareness of current market trends and relevant narratives.

• Capability to conduct independent research and evaluate new topics.

• Experience in crafting compelling, audience-centric copy across various formats and platforms.

• Mindset focused on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scalability.

• Strategic comprehension of the algorithms governing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Proficiency in analytics tools like Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics.

• Ability to generate viral concepts with a clear strategic focus.

• Independent, organized, and accountable working approach.
