Social Media Manager – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for Instagram and TikTok.

• Compose captions and schedule posts and reels for both the main and Chicago accounts.

• Edit short-form TikToks and reels from unedited footage, incorporating trend formats, quick recaps, text overlays, and audio.

• Transform raw footage from clubs, coaches, and members into timely, on-brand daily stories.

• Engage with comments and direct messages, address prospective inquiries, and assist interested individuals in scheduling calls.

• Request and arrange assets from content producers, coaches, and club teams.

• Maintain an organized content library.

• Present weekly organic performance metrics during creative performance reviews.

• Recommend adjustments on what content should be increased or decreased.

• Share pertinent trends and formats to inform monthly planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

• Proficient in Canva and CapCut.

• Skilled at quickly transforming raw clips into polished, trending reels.

• Sharp and concise writing abilities.

• Capability to align with an established brand voice.

• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok formats, trends, and community standards.

• Experience with a scheduling tool.

• Dependable and organized work habits.

• Bonus: experience converting social interactions into leads or bookings.

• Some availability during Eastern Time hours is required.
