• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline

• Over 3 years of experience in managing social media for brands

• Demonstrated success in enhancing social media engagement and follower growth

• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytical platforms

• A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with paid social media advertising

• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

• Skills in photography and basic video editing

• Experience in influencer marketing initiatives

• Additional certifications are preferred

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook)

• Strong creative writing and copywriting skills

• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Ability to analyze data and generate reports

• Skills in crisis management and community moderation

• Strong project management and organizational skills
