Social Media Manager, Content and Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client's presence on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other platforms.

• Create and publish tutorials, product showcases, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing initiatives, and customer highlights.

• Enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing timelines, and platform-specific formatting.

• Monitor comments and community interactions, responding appropriately and escalating customer inquiries when necessary.

• Analyze views, engagement, audience growth, and the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Offer regular recommendations based on analytics insights.

• Manage publishing schedules and campaign implementation across all social media channels.

• Work closely with Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders, and Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators.

• Proven experience handling multiple social media platforms at once.

• Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in producing short-form and vertical video content.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required.

• Familiarity with AI-generated content and creator tools.

• Demonstrated success in growing social channels from inception.

• Background in community management.

• Experience with paid social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics.

• Skills in A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and hooks.

• Preferred tools experience includes YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and Metricool.

• Experience with creative AI tools.

• Background in video or media production pipelines.

• Experience in designing developer tools.

• Understanding of GenAI model workflows.
