Junior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee community management across all social media platforms

• Develop and execute innovative and captivating social media campaigns

• Generate ideas for social media content categories and creative concepts

• Craft creative copy and adapt voice/tone according to project requirements

• Share content on all social media channels

• Construct content calendars and establish timelines for each campaign

• Plan talent activations, contests/sweepstakes, and digital initiatives

• Engage in brainstorming sessions for campaigns throughout the organization

• Manage reporting and analytics

• Collaborate on campaigns for popular television shows and streaming services

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the United States

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Proven experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)

• Familiarity with newer or emerging social platforms like TikTok and Clubhouse

• Background in managing social campaigns in the entertainment or television sector

• Strong copywriting abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills and client communication/presentation capabilities

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST

• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends

• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours or on weekends as necessary
