β’ Develop and enhance Spellbook's social media presence, encompassing its voice, calendar, and strategy.
β’ Manage the social media calendar for all platforms, overseeing the process from ideation to scheduling and publishing.
β’ Balance everyday content creation with a long-term strategy aligned with company milestones, product launches, and pipeline objectives.
β’ Monitor interactions by responding to comments, mentions, and direct messages.
β’ Cultivate relationships with the legal tech community, clients, creators, and journalists.
β’ Establish and maintain Spellbook's voice and visual identity across various social channels.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and executive teams to transform company news, product launches, and thought leadership into engaging content.
β’ Ghostwrite and provide editorial support for posts by executives.
β’ Create a data-driven social strategy informed by reach, engagement, trends, cultural moments, and platform mechanics.
β’ Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and share of voice, using these insights to refine strategy.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as necessary.
β’ Proven experience in increasing a brand's organic social reach and engagement, supported by specific metrics and results.
β’ Background in managing social media for a B2B SaaS organization.
β’ Capacity to oversee a social calendar from start to finish, including quarterly strategy development, caption writing, and content publishing.
β’ Skills in strategic planning and operational execution.
β’ Demonstrated understanding of the elements that contribute to content virality.
β’ Excellent writing skills with the ability to adjust tone across platforms while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
β’ Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
β’ Must have the legal right to work and reside in Canada or the United States at the time of application.
