This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership and oversee CWB Group's organic social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Ensure a consistent publishing schedule and brand voice throughout all social channels.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars that align with campaigns, product launches, events, thought leadership initiatives, and business priorities.
• Monitor mentions of the brand and industry, engage with the community, and escalate any reputational or compliance issues.
• Keep track of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging formats, and provide recommendations for testing.
• Assist with paid social advertising efforts, including audience targeting, creative asset development, and A/B testing.
• Conceptualize, script, film, and edit both short-form and long-form video content.
• Produce video materials for product and service promotions, client success stories, industry insights, and various campaigns.
• Maintain branded motion graphic templates, lower-thirds, and animated components.
• Manage coordination with third-party production contractors as needed.
• Monitor comments, mentions, and messages; guide users to relevant web pages or collaborate with Client Success for responses.
• Provide photography and videography support at events, sponsorships, trade shows, and community gatherings.
• Develop content strategies and capture plans for events.
• Publish live and near-live social media content during events.
• Edit and release post-event highlight videos, photo galleries, and summary content.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics monthly.
• Suggest enhancements to the Marketing Manager and Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy & Brand.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in social media marketing.
• At least one year of experience in a B2B or professional services setting.
• Proficiency in video editing for social media distribution using tools such as Adobe Premier, CapCut, Instagram Edits, Munch, or others.
• Basic graphic design and content creation skills, including familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite products.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools, including Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Meta Business Suite for supporting and monitoring paid placements.
• Approximately 5% travel within Canada is required.
• Completion of social media programs or courses is considered an asset.
• Bilingualism in English and French is regarded as an asset.
