Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Define Unity's presence across various social media platforms

• Design and implement innovative, data-informed social media strategies

• Produce comprehensive visual content, including short-form vertical videos, graphics, GIFs, carousels, and assets driven by current trends

• Develop and carry out social strategies and tactics tailored to each platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Unity’s campaigns

• Assist in managing the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and publishing workflow

• Analyze performance data to assess impact and fine-tune creative strategies

• Keep up-to-date with design trends, video editing methods, and best practices in social media

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in enhancing a brand’s social media presence

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

• Strong understanding of pacing and visual storytelling tailored for social-first content

• Exceptional communication abilities, including the capacity to simplify technical concepts for broader audiences

• Experience working with influencers or content creators

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed environment

• Comfortable both on-camera and behind the scenes

• Creative and analytical mindset

• Social-first perspective, including the ability to translate complex subjects into platform-specific formats, hooks, and visual narratives

• Familiarity with Unity’s technology/products, gaming, 3D creation, or communities focused on real-time technology

• Awareness of emerging trends and formats in digital culture

• Experience managing social media communities

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Figma, and social media scheduling tools

• Adequate proficiency in English for professional verbal and written communication
