Growth Marketer, Social Media Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

• Showcase Occibo on camera through product demonstrations, tutorials, feature explanations, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Transform product features into engaging and straightforward narratives for authors, parents, teachers, and illustrators.

• Develop and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories in alignment with a content calendar.

• Craft captions, brief texts, and copy for social media, newsletters, and the website.

• Organize and maintain content across various channels to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay updated on social media and children's publishing trends, adapting them for Occibo.

• Monitor content performance and leverage insights to enhance content quality.

• Interact with the online community by responding to comments and messages.

• A student or recent graduate seeking a mandatory or voluntary internship.

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.

• Basic skills in video shooting and editing; a smartphone is sufficient.

• Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.

• A keen eye for effective social media content and visual storytelling.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Proactive, creative, and capable of working independently within a remote team.

• A portfolio, active social media account, or a few sample videos; personal projects are welcome.
