Social Media Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Project Eleven's social media presence across X, LinkedIn, and other pertinent platforms.

• Transform research, launches, news, conference appearances, data, opinions, and concepts into compelling, shareable content.

• Compose posts, threads, announcements, memes, and content tailored for social media.

• Produce short-form videos including podcast snippets, interviews, event highlights, explainers, and responsive content.

• Utilize AI tools to generate graphics, videos, animations, concepts, and other social media assets.

• Conceive ideas and independently guide them from concept to publication.

• Respond swiftly to breaking industry news and online discussions.

• Assist in shaping Project Eleven's voice.

• Collaborate with founders and leadership to enhance their individual social media presence.

• Monitor performance, test new strategies, and create scalable formats that expand the brand.

• Establish the video content operation from the ground up.

• Align brand growth and attention with broader organizational objectives.

• Assess the appropriate level of effort for each content piece.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating social media, content, media, or marketing work with demonstrable impact.

• A history of growing an account, audience, brand, publication, or personal following.

• Exceptional writing instincts and strong judgment regarding tone.

• Extensive knowledge of X and a solid grasp of how content disseminates online.

• Proficient video editing and visual content creation skills.

• Capability to transform raw footage, a podcast, or an idea into polished visual content.

• Proficiency with AI creative tools and the ability to independently produce high-quality visual and video content.

• Interest in crypto, quantum technology, finance, and/or cybersecurity.

• Ability to work autonomously and translate loose ideas into completed work.

• Strong attention to detail, covering hooks, screenshots, formatting, thumbnails, timing, cropping, and punctuation.

• Understanding of Crypto Twitter, Bitcoin, and the larger crypto ecosystem.

• Skill in articulating complex technical concepts in an engaging manner.

• No specific minimum experience duration required.
