This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Presidio’s corporate social media strategy, editorial guidance, and performance management for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and oversee the social content calendar that encompasses brand campaigns, demand generation launches, events, partner highlights, recruitment efforts, and real-time opportunities.
• Create and expand Presidio’s employee advocacy program, which includes the operating model, enrollment process, content supply, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and participation.
• Gather narratives and expertise from practice leaders and technical teams for both corporate and advocacy channels.
• Handle publishing, scheduling, monitoring, approvals, and reporting using Sprout Social.
• Write, shoot, edit, and produce engaging social media content, including copy, short-form videos, graphics, carousels, and event/customer-site videos.
• Oversee community management, addressing comments, direct messages, mentions, response protocols, escalation paths, and tone.
• Strategize, construct, and enhance paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Manage paid social budgets and assess performance, focusing on spend efficiency, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and test-and-learn initiatives.
• Analyze and report on target-account engagement, ICP audience growth, advocacy adoption, earned reach, and social-influenced pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with teams across Demand Generation, Corporate Communications and Brand, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Partner Marketing.
• Coordinate co-branded campaigns with partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, and Dell.
• Keep abreast of platform and algorithm changes, format transitions, AI advancements, and industry discussions across AI Platforms, Security, Lifecycle, and Networking.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing corporate branded social channels from start to finish, including strategy formulation, calendar management, content production, publishing, community engagement, and reporting.
• Native proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, including format performance, posting cadence, distribution mechanics, and visibility in agentic AI.
• Practical experience with Sprout Social or similar platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, covering campaign setup, audience targeting, budget oversight, creative testing, and pipeline reporting.
• Familiarity with dedicated advocacy platforms like EveryoneSocial, Hootsuite Amplify, Firstup, or Sprout’s advocacy module.
• Proficient in short-form video production, including scripting, filming, and editing on mobile devices under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Figma, as well as experience in video or podcast production beyond social media formats.
• Data-driven mindset concerning target-account engagement, ICP audience quality, earned reach, and pipeline influence.
• Strong project management abilities and sound judgment regarding brand, legal, and political sensitivities.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior executives.
• Previous experience in B2B technology, IT services, or channel and partner marketing is preferred.
• Experience with paid social strategies extending beyond LinkedIn and Meta, including platforms like Reddit, X, YouTube, or programmatic display, is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building or scaling an employee advocacy program and influencing colleagues without direct reporting relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven ownership of corporate brand social channels, management of paid social campaigns, and implementation of employee advocacy or employee-generated content programs.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work is required.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% of the time.
