This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the corporate social strategy, editorial direction, and performance for Presidio on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and manage the social content calendar to encompass campaigns, events, partner activities, recruitment content, and real-time opportunities.
• Establish and expand Presidio’s employee advocacy program, covering operating model, enrollment, content supply, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and participation initiatives.
• Provide advocates with shareable content, playbooks, coaching, stories, and subject matter expertise.
• Oversee publishing, scheduling, listening, approvals, and reporting using Sprout Social.
• Create, shoot, edit, and produce native social content, which includes copy, short-form videos, graphics, carousels, and event/customer-site videos.
• Manage community interactions, including comments, direct messages, mentions, response playbooks, escalation paths, and engagement.
• Plan, develop, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and other emerging platforms.
• Handle paid social budgets, audience targeting, creative development, bid strategies, budget pacing, testing, and performance tracking.
• Report on target-account engagement, ICP audience growth, advocacy adoption, earned reach, and social-influenced pipeline.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Corporate Communications, Brand, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Partner Marketing teams.
• Coordinate co-branded campaigns with partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and others.
• Stay updated on platform and algorithm changes, format shifts, AI advancements, and industry discussions across AI Platforms, Security, Lifecycle, and Networking.
• Demonstrated experience in managing corporate branded social channels comprehensively, including strategy, calendar, content production, publishing, community management, and reporting.
• Native fluency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, including format performance, distribution mechanics, cadence, and visibility in agentic AI.
• Practical experience with Sprout Social or similar platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Proficient in paid social management using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, covering campaign creation, audience and retargeting setup, budget oversight, creative testing, and pipeline performance reporting.
• Experience with dedicated advocacy platforms like EveryoneSocial, Hootsuite Amplify, Firstup, or Sprout’s advocacy module.
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing with quick turnaround times.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, and video or podcast production beyond social media formats.
• Data literacy regarding target-account engagement, ICP audience quality, earned reach, and pipeline influence.
• Excellent project management skills and sound judgment regarding brand, legal, and political sensitivity.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive personnel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven ownership of corporate brand social channels, paid social campaign management, and employee advocacy or employee-generated content programs.
• Portfolio or channel examples are required.
• Availability for travel of 25–35%.
