Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Timely's organic social media strategy, channels, and communities.

• Develop captivating content that enhances brand awareness, fosters community, and drives demand.

• Showcase customer stories across social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the paid digital team to integrate organic and paid social initiatives.

• Experiment with new concepts and formats, utilizing data and insights to enhance performance.

• Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Work together with EverWell on product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and significant moments.

• Cultivate relationships within the beauty community to boost customer advocacy.

• Occasionally assist with SalonBiz social media efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience managing social media for a brand or organization.

• Skill in transforming brand narratives into creative and engaging content.

• Knowledge of both organic and paid social media strategies.

• Confidence in leveraging data and insights to enhance performance.

• Ability to balance brand identity, community engagement, and commercial goals.

• A creative, inquisitive mindset with a willingness to experiment.

• Strong skills in planning, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

• An instinct for making brands feel human, relevant, and authentic.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, beauty/wellness, or community-focused brands is a plus.

• Must have legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
