Social Media & Content Manager, Full-Time or Part-Time from 20 Hours per Week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the organic social media presence from the initial idea to the completed post.

• Develop content for Instagram and TikTok, encompassing Reels, Stories, and standard posts.

• Create and edit videos utilizing creator-generated content as well as original footage.

• Oversee the communities on Instagram and Facebook, addressing comments and messages.

• Transform recurring customer inquiries into engaging Stories and Reels.

• Identify UGC creators, negotiate barter agreements, and collaborate with platforms like Trybe.

• Craft creative briefs and shot lists for creators, gather content, and maintain organization.

• Make on-camera appearances and generate content from daily life, the warehouse, and the community.

• Contribute to advertising creatives and record voice-overs for promotional content.

• Manage affiliate and deal partners, discover new partners, and enhance the channel's growth.

• Cultivate the tone of voice and visual identity across the channels.

• Analyze performance metrics and apply findings to strategize for the upcoming month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation, preferably for a brand or in e-commerce.

• Skilled in video editing using CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.

• Possess a pleasant, natural speaking voice with a readiness to regularly record voice-overs.

• Outgoing personality with a passion for appearing on camera.

• Comfortable with on-camera appearances, microphone use, and creating Stories.

• Capable of identifying and testing trends and formats at an early stage.

• Confident in community management with a friendly and direct communication style.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Strong self-organization skills in a remote work environment.

• Preferred: initial experience with affiliate or deal platforms, along with negotiation skills with creators and their management teams.
