Social Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the social media strategy for Men in Blazers.

• Develop content for platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Instagram Edits, and other software applications.

• Craft emotionally resonant and culturally relevant copy that reflects the brand's voice and tone.

• Produce photo and video content that connects with the Men in Blazers community.

• Assist in creating and managing the social media calendar for both real-time and scheduled content.

• Adapt live soccer news stories for Men in Blazers' social media channels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance commercial partnerships through social media platforms.

• Work with internal and external teams to oversee content development and timelines.

• Daily monitor, manage, and engage with Men in Blazers' channels and community.

• Utilize performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for content improvement.

• Undertake additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in social media, with a keen eye for design and a background in creating original content as well as adapting existing content (TV Shows, Podcasts, etc.) for social platforms.

• A strong understanding of soccer, its culture, and a genuine passion for the game worldwide.

• Capability to convert football knowledge into compelling and precise written content, primarily captions for Instagram posts.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for image editing.

• Skilled in using Instagram Edits for video editing.

• Familiarity with pre-production, production, and post-production processes across various delivery formats.

• Competence in designing social graphics and producing short-form videos.

• Awareness of social media trends and significant cultural moments in sports and entertainment.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as this role necessitates tracking football matches on weekends.
