📋 Description

• Acquire hands-on experience in social media, AI-driven marketing, and viral content creation.

• Contribute to an established professional account or create a new one similar to Harzjobs.

• Produce AI-enhanced content.

• Design viral hooks and structured captions.

• Examine trends and implement strategies for increasing reach.

• Establish effective content production workflows.

• Generate ideas for viral content.

• Develop Reels, posts, and visual designs.

• Craft captions and hooks.

• Analyze high-performing content.

• Assist in the digital growth of local businesses.

• Manage leads in the CRM.

• Engage with entrepreneurs in the Harz region and recruit them as Harzspots partners.

• Passion for social media.

• Strong creative skills.

• Interest in AI and digital marketing.

• Eagerness to explore new concepts.

• Ideally, a connection to or enthusiasm for the Harz region.

• No prior experience necessary; creativity and a willingness to learn are valued.

• Work beyond the internship is conducted on a self-employed basis as an independent commercial agent.

• No formal employment relationship.

• Compensation is solely commission-based and varies with your individual effort and success.
