Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Timely’s organic social media strategy, channels, and communities.

• Develop compelling content that enhances the brand, fosters community, and drives demand.

• Showcase customers and their narratives across various social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the paid digital team to synchronize organic and paid social efforts.

• Experiment with new ideas and formats, utilizing data and insights to enhance performance.

• Monitor reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Work closely with EverWell on product launches, campaigns, events, and significant moments.

• Cultivate relationships within the beauty community and enhance customer advocacy.

• Occasionally assist with SalonBiz's social media activities.

• Focus primarily on Timely while providing occasional support to SalonBiz.

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business.

• Ability to transform brand narratives into innovative and captivating content.

• Knowledge of both organic and paid social media strategies.

• Confidence in leveraging data and insights to enhance performance.

• Capability to balance brand, community, and commercial objectives.

• Creative and inquisitive mindset with a readiness to experiment.

• Strong skills in planning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

• Intuition for making brands feel relatable, relevant, and authentic.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, beauty/wellness, or community-driven brands is a plus.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
