Social Media Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement Circle’s social content strategy across various channels

• Create and distribute social-first content, with a focus on short-form video

• Independently edit video content, including clipping segments, crafting hooks, writing captions, and packaging material

• Develop and manage content calendars, capture workflows, and coordinate across teams

• Discover content opportunities linked to partnerships, events, community, and customer narratives

• Collaborate on longer-form content to ensure shoots align with short-form distribution

• Attend events and significant moments to gather content and enhance Circle’s social presence

• Monitor metrics such as non-follower reach, watch-through rates, saves, shares, and consistency in posting

• Suggest formats, workflows, and content opportunities based on performance analytics

• Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, founders, leadership, Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Design Studio teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating content for technology, SaaS, creator economy, or community-focused brands

• Proficiency in video editing and production

• Ability to work autonomously in Adobe Premiere or a similar professional editing software

• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Knowledge of platform algorithms, non-follower reach, and social engagement metrics

• Understanding of the social and creator economy landscape

• Comfort with being on camera and capturing content independently

• Skill in establishing repeatable systems for planning, capturing, and coordinating cross-functionally

• Sound judgment in cross-functional settings

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
