Social Media Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Drive and enhance organic product growth in the AI photo editing/image editing sector utilizing social media platforms.

• Create and execute an organic social media growth strategy aimed at increasing reach, engagement, and installations.

• Generate and methodically test content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Conduct analysis of competitors, current trends, and effective formats; modify and expand successful tactics.

• Develop and implement automation workflows for posting, content creation, and basic analytics.

• Monitor and analyze views, CTR, conversions, and installs to inform decisions and refine strategy.

• Initiate a new growth channel from the ground up, establish systematic processes, and directly impact product and business expansion.

• Potentially build and lead a team as the channel evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing TikTok and/or Instagram Reels as growth channels for mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trending topics.

• Capability to identify formats with potential for growth.

• Proven experience in systematically testing hypotheses.

• Familiarity with key growth metrics: views, CTR, installs, and conversions.

• Ability to produce content that achieves business outcomes, not just views.

• Self-reliance and accountability for results.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop processes.

• Creativity and proactive approach.
