Social Media Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client's presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other platforms.

• Create and publish tutorials, product demonstrations, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing campaigns, and customer showcases.

• Enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing schedules, and platform-specific formatting for optimal engagement.

• Monitor comments and community interactions, responding appropriately and escalating customer inquiries when necessary.

• Analyze views, engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance, offering regular insights and recommendations.

• Organize publishing calendars and manage campaign execution across all social media platforms.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders, and Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators.

• Proven ability to handle multiple social media platforms at once.

• Strong familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in publishing short-form and vertical video content.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is essential.

• Familiarity with AI-generated content and creator tools.

• Proven experience in growing social channels from inception.

• Background in community management.

• Experience with paid social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics.

• Experience conducting A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and hooks.

• Familiarity with creative AI tools.

• Experience managing video or media workflows.

• Background in designing developer tools.

• Understanding of GenAI model workflows.

• Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Metricool.
