Social Media Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client's presence on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others.

• Create and publish tutorials, product demonstrations, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing campaigns, and customer showcases.

• Enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing timelines, and platform-specific formatting.

• Monitor community engagement and comments, responding as necessary and escalating customer inquiries when needed.

• Analyze views, engagement, audience growth, and campaign outcomes, providing ongoing recommendations.

• Organize publishing schedules and manage campaign execution across all social media platforms.

• Work in close collaboration with Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders, and Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators.

• Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms concurrently.

• Strong familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in publishing short-form and vertical video content.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential, as all daily communications at PixieLabs are conducted in English.

• Experience with AI-generated content and creator tools.

• History of successfully growing social channels from inception.

• Experience in community management.

• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics.

• Experience with A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and hooks.

• Preferred experience with tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and Metricool.

• Experience with creative AI tools.

• Background in video or media pipelines.

• Experience designing developer tools.

• Understanding of GenAI model workflows.
