Social Media Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client's presence across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others.

• Create and publish tutorials, product demonstrations, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing initiatives, and customer showcases.

• Enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing schedules, and formatting tailored to each platform.

• Monitor community engagement and comments, responding as necessary and escalating customer inquiries when needed.

• Analyze views, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness, offering regular insights and recommendations.

• Organize publishing calendars and manage campaign execution across all social media platforms.

• Work collaboratively with teams in Product, Creative, Video Editing, AI Workflow Development, and Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators.

• Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms at the same time.

• Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in publishing short-form and vertical video content.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

• Familiarity with AI-generated content and creator tools.

• Experience in building social channels from the ground up.

• Background in community management.

• Experience with paid social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics.

• Experience with A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and hooks.

• Proficient in using tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and Metricool.

• Familiar with creative AI tools.

• Background in video or media pipelines.

• Experience in designing developer tools.

• Understanding of GenAI model workflows.
