Social Media Content, Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client's presence on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more.

• Publish tutorials, product showcases, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing initiatives, and customer highlights.

• Enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing schedules, and formatting tailored to specific platforms.

• Monitor comments and community interactions, responding appropriately and escalating customer inquiries as needed.

• Analyze metrics such as views, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.

• Offer regular insights and recommendations based on analytical data.

• Coordinate publishing schedules and campaign implementation across all social media channels.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders, and Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands or creators.

• Proven ability to handle multiple social media platforms at once.

• Strong familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in publishing short-form and vertical video content.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Experience with AI-generated content and creator tools.

• Demonstrated success in growing social channels from inception.

• Experience in community management.

• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics.

• Experience in A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and hooks.

• Proficient with tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and Metricool.

• Familiarity with creative AI tools.

• Experience in video or media production pipelines.

• Background in designing developer tools.

• Understanding of GenAI model workflows.
