Social Media Content, Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client's presence on various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others.

• Create and publish tutorials, product demonstrations, original AI-generated content, branding videos, marketing campaigns, and customer showcases.

• Enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, publishing schedules, and formatting specific to each platform.

• Monitor community engagement and comments, respond appropriately, and escalate customer inquiries as needed.

• Analyze views, engagement, audience growth, and the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Deliver regular recommendations based on analytics.

• Organize publishing calendars and execute campaigns across all social media platforms.

• Collaborate with teams including Product, Creative, Video Editors, AI Workflow Builders, and Marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years managing social media accounts for brands or creators.

• Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms at the same time.

• Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in publishing short-form and vertical video content.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required.

• Familiarity with AI-generated content and creator tools.

• Background in building social channels from the ground up.

• Experience in community management.

• Knowledge of paid social campaigns.

• Understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics.

• Experience in A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and hooks.

• Proficient with tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Metricool.

• Experience utilizing creative AI tools.

• Familiarity with video or media pipelines.

• Experience in designing developer tools.

• Understanding of GenAI model workflows.
