This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize and create content for Aspargo’s social media platforms.

• Produce videos, posts, and stories aimed at fostering organic growth.

• Participate in content creation and gradually assume the role of the brand’s on-camera representative in Brazil.

• Maintain an active profile, ensuring regularity in content publication.

• Cultivate and enhance the community by engaging with followers and addressing direct messages.

• Experiment with content formats and strategies while monitoring growth and engagement metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in video editing.

• Fundamental understanding of design principles, including typography, proportions, and visual identity interpretation.

• Capability to understand and implement brand guidelines.

• Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.

• Access to an outdoor setting or garden suitable for filming content in Brazil.

• Proficiency in English.

• A passion for or experience with plants, gardening, sustainability, or biology.

• Experience in community engagement and building.

• Familiarity with creating light, authentic, and engaging educational content.

• Enthusiasm for developing new skills relevant to the position.
