This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop weekend Facebook content utilizing the Company’s existing talent library, which includes long-form videos, podcast episodes, previous posts, and still images.

• Edit short-form video clips, create image posts using templates and visual performance trends, and compose original text posts that align with the Company’s voice.

• Oversee the weekend publishing pipeline, which encompasses titles, copy, images, tagging, categorization, and scheduling.

• Act as the Company’s active Facebook representative while the broader Social team is offline.

• Apply editorial judgment on breaking news and sensitive subjects, escalating any concerns to the Platform Manager when necessary.

• Evaluate content performance through metrics such as click-through rates, watch time, completion rates, follower growth, saves, and shares.

• Experiment with thumbnails, headlines, and posting times, delivering weekly summaries with actionable recommendations.

• Keep updated on Facebook features, format modifications, and content trends.

• Adhere to brand and data compliance guidelines, flagging outdated information, and assist with additional tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creating and publishing content for brand or talent channels on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, or similar work experience.

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for content scheduling and publishing.

• Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms, content formats, and best practices for the platform.

• Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Good editorial judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including remotely.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Availability during specified weekend coverage hours in Central Time.
