SMM Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create original visuals for posts on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and Threads using classic design tools and AI solutions.

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels and Stories, producing dynamic visual content using AI tools.

• Design creative avatars and covers for social media pages.

• Collaborate with the team on visual concepts and strategies that align with marketing objectives.

• Rapidly generate and test creative hypotheses and options.

• Maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency across all visual materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in creating visual content for social media.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro), and Figma.

• Strong command of contemporary AI tools for graphics and video, with an understanding of effective practices for their utilization in the design workflow: from idea generation and concept creation to final material generation, editing, adaptation, and preparation.

• Practical experience with generative AI solutions such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of current trends in social media, visual design, and creativity, along with the ability to adapt them to brand objectives.

• A creative mindset, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently to manage projects from idea to final outcome.

• Experience with brand guidelines and creating a unified visual style.

• Understanding the limitations of generative AI: the ability to critically assess outcomes, identify artifacts and errors, and execute final refinements.

• Proficient in Ukrainian at a high level and in English at a B2 level.
