This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provide captivating and high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual environment.
• Establish rapport and maintain momentum akin to that of an in-person therapist.
• Assess students' speech and language capabilities and convert findings into clear, actionable objectives.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans customized to each student's IEP.
• Record session details and monitor progress towards IEP objectives.
• Collaborate with school-based personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators, to ensure alignment on student advancement.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
• Must maintain good standing with no disciplinary actions on any held licenses.
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting.
• Dependable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort in collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Compensation rates are negotiable based on experience and placement.
• Fully remote work arrangement.

• 1099 independent contractor position (no employee benefits included).
