This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide engaging and high-quality speech and language instruction within a virtual classroom setting.
• Establish rapport and maintain momentum similar to that of an in-person therapist.
• Assess students' speech and language proficiency and convert findings into clear, actionable objectives.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP.
• Record session details and monitor progress towards IEP objectives.
• Collaborate with school personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators, to ensure alignment on student progress.
• Adhere to the school district's calendar.
• Provide services for assignments available during the 2026–27 academic year.
• Active Arizona SLP license in good standing, with no disciplinary actions on any held license.
• PreK–12 professional non-teaching certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card provided by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Proficient understanding of IDEA and Arizona special education laws/A.R.S. requirements.
• Experience and comfort with tele-practice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP environment.
• Dependable, FERPA-compliant home setup equipped with a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Strong skills in remote collaboration.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Rates are negotiable based on experience and placement.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
