This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide engaging and high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom environment.
• Establish rapport and maintain momentum similar to that of an in-person therapist.
• Assess students’ speech and language abilities and convert findings into actionable objectives.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on each student’s IEP.
• Record session details and monitor progress towards IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school-based personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators to ensure alignment on student progress.
• Adhere to the school district’s calendar.
• Commence assignments following the completion of the application process, contingent upon available placements.
• Possession of an active Arizona SLP license in good standing, with no disciplinary actions on any licenses held.
• A PreK–12 professional non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.
• A Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Familiarity with IDEA and Arizona special education law/A.R.S. requirements.
• Proficiency and experience with tele-practice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.
• A reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup equipped with a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Strong skills in remote collaboration.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience and placement.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
