Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and courteous support to customers who speak Slovenian through phone, email, and live chat channels.

• Address inquiries related to order status, shipping information, product details, returns, and basic billing questions.

• Uphold a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

• Forward complex technical or logistical concerns to the relevant internal teams.

• Accurately document customer information, feedback, and resolutions of support tickets in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in Slovenian.

• Strong working knowledge of English (B2 or above) for internal communication and use of system tools.

• Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.

• Currently living in Bulgaria.

• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• Availability to work standard shift hours, Monday to Friday only.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong active listening abilities.

• High levels of empathy.

• A customer-first mindset.

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support is an advantage, though not mandatory.
