This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to patients during their initial year of CPAP therapy.
• Make and receive both inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and motivate new CPAP patients.
• Provide assistance with troubleshooting equipment-related issues.
• Utilize manufacturers' software to analyze patient usage data and guide calls based on this information.
• Leverage knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea to clarify the potential benefits of therapy.
• Help patients with common PAP and mask equipment troubleshooting inquiries.
• Motivate patients to download and utilize the manufacturer's mobile app solutions.
• Confirm patient demographics, physician details, and notification preferences with each interaction.
• Precisely document patient accounts, including comments, discussions, and concerns.
• Propose ideas, recommend changes, and identify opportunities to foster business growth.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred knowledge and experience with patients diagnosed with OSA.
• Familiarity with various insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare.
• Moderate proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Moderate mathematical skills.
• Capability to understand, interpret, and create spreadsheet data.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which may include occasional lifting of equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
