This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide CPAP patients with product information, solutions, and essential details regarding therapy usage.
• Engage in proactive and reactive outreach to patients during their initial year of CPAP therapy.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and motivate new CPAP patients.
• Address common equipment issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Utilize manufacturer software to analyze patient usage data and guide calls based on this information.
• Leverage knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea to discuss the potential efficacy of therapy.
• Clarify the use of PAP and mask equipment while assisting with standard troubleshooting inquiries.
• Motivate patients to download and engage with manufacturer mobile app solutions.
• Confirm patient demographics, physician details, and notification preferences.
• Document patient accounts, including comments, discussions, and concerns with precision.
• Recommend improvements and identify opportunities to foster business growth.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Preferred knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
• Familiarity with various insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare.
• Proficient with Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word at a moderate level.
• Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate mathematical skills and the ability to comprehend, interpret, and create spreadsheet data.
• Capability to meet the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
