Sleep Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support and product information, solutions, and pertinent details to CPAP patients regarding therapy usage.

• Engage in proactive and reactive outreach to patients throughout the first full year of their CPAP therapy.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and motivate patients.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Utilize manufacturer software to analyze patient usage data and ensure calls are data-driven.

• Leverage knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) to clarify the potential benefits of therapy.

• Support patients in downloading and utilizing manufacturer mobile app solutions.

• Confirm patient demographics, physician details, and notification preferences.

• Precisely document patient accounts, including comments, discussions, and concerns.

• Identify opportunities that promote business growth.

• Carry out additional required duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Preferred knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA.

• Familiarity with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) is beneficial.

• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.

• Proficient English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• Moderate mathematical skills, including the ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data.

• Capability to meet the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Compliance with HIPAA guidelines is required.

• Experience working with PAP and mask equipment, alongside the ability to assist with common troubleshooting inquiries.
