This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide comprehensive product information, solutions, and relevant details to CPAP patients regarding their therapy usage.
• Engage in proactive and reactive outreach to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and motivate patients in their CPAP therapy journey.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Utilize manufacturer software to assess patient usage data and ensure calls are informed by this information.
• Leverage knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) to guide patients on the effectiveness of their therapy.
• Address common PAP and mask equipment troubleshooting inquiries.
• Motivate patients to download and utilize manufacturer mobile app solutions.
• Confirm patient demographics, physician, and notification preferences while documenting each patient interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of patient accounts, comments, discussions, and concerns.
• Propose innovative ideas, recommend changes, and pinpoint opportunities that foster business growth.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in working with patients diagnosed with OSA.
• Familiarity with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare).
• Moderate proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, verbal communication).
• Moderate mathematical skills, with a strong capability to understand, interpret, and create spreadsheet data.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including occasionally lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
