Site Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Implement the on-site project scope proficiently and effectively in line with stow Group QSHE standards and Project Management Methodology.

• Liaise with the Project Manager regarding planning, organization, and material-related matters on-site.

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the assembly team, transport arrivals, site QHSE responsibilities, and clients.

• Arrange the site for safe and efficient assembly execution.

• Enhance on-site planning for the assembly team, equipment, and material deliveries.

• Address and resolve site issues and complaints.

• Attend site and weekly meetings.

• Track project progress and quality, recognize deviations, and initiate corrective measures.

• Oversee subcontractors and ensure safe project execution while adhering to QSHE regulations.

• Supervise assembly techniques and inspect the quality of delivered materials.

• Manage equipment certifications and their status.

• Regulate project-related site organization and take necessary corrective actions.

• Conduct measurements to comply with EN and FEM standards.

• Evaluate assembly drawings for execution and safety, providing feedback to the Project Manager.

• Resolve on-site challenges to sustain work progress.

• Monitor assembly advancement and document subcontractor personnel and equipment.

• Follow up and report on additional assembly work and hours.

• Organize toolbox talks.

• Utilize SAP to track deliveries and generate material lists.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel 100% every week (Monday to Friday).
