Site Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of the on-site project scope in accordance with stow Group QSHE standards and Project Management Methodology.

• Maintain communication with the Project Manager regarding planning, organization, and material-related issues on-site.

• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for the assembly team, transport arrivals, site QHSE responsibilities, and clients.

• Arrange the site for safe and efficient assembly operations.

• Enhance planning for the assembly team, as well as for the arrival of equipment and materials.

• Address and resolve on-site issues and complaints.

• Participate in site meetings and weekly discussions.

• Oversee project progress and quality, identify any deviations, and implement necessary corrections.

• Manage subcontractors and ensure safe project execution on-site.

• Guarantee compliance with QSHE regulations and associated administration.

• Supervise assembly techniques and inspect the quality of delivered materials.

• Monitor equipment certifications and compliance throughout the project.

• Oversee site organization and take corrective actions when required.

• Perform measurements as per EN and FEM standards.

• Review assembly drawings for execution and safety, providing feedback to the Project Manager.

• Resolve on-site challenges to maintain workflow progress.

• Track assembly progress and document subcontractor personnel and equipment.

• Monitor and report on additional assembly work and hours.

• Organize toolbox discussions.

• Utilize SAP for tracking deliveries and generating material lists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel 100% of the time each week (Monday through Friday).
