Site Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the on-site project scope in accordance with stow Group QSHE standards and Project Management Methodology.

• Maintain communication with the Project Manager regarding planning, organization, and material-related issues on site.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the assembly team, transportation arrivals, site QHSE responsibilities, and clients.

• Arrange the site for safe and efficient assembly execution.

• Enhance on-site planning for the assembly team, equipment, and material arrivals.

• Address and resolve on-site issues and complaints.

• Participate in site and weekly meetings.

• Monitor project progress and quality, identify any deviations, and initiate necessary corrections.

• Oversee subcontractors and ensure safe project execution in line with QSHE regulations.

• Supervise assembly techniques and assess the quality of delivered materials.

• Manage equipment certifications and ongoing compliance.

• Oversee project-related site organization and implement corrective measures as needed.

• Execute measurements in accordance with EN and FEM standards.

• Review assembly drawings for execution and safety, providing feedback to the Project Manager.

• Resolve on-site challenges to maintain workflow.

• Track assembly progress and register subcontractor personnel and equipment.

• Follow up and report additional work/hours performed by the assembly team.

• Organize toolbox talks.

• Utilize SAP to monitor deliveries and extract material lists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel 100% each week (Monday to Friday).
