Site Safety Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee camp conditions, ensuring safety and occupancy standards are met.

• Carry out hydration assessments and implement heat-stress prevention measures.

• Execute daily safety inspections throughout the camp.

• Facilitate toolbox discussions to promote safety awareness.

• Record safety observations, incidents, and compile weekly reports.

• Act as the on-site emergency contact and provide first-aid responses.

• Manage daily camp safety, monitor employee hydration, report incidents, and ensure overall site compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in safety, emergency response, or remote operations.

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations is essential.

• Competence in conducting hazard identification, workspace evaluations, and safety audits.

• Must be able to remain on-site for the entire rotation.

• Proficient in drafting clear compliance reports.

• Capability to deliver safety training to both frontline workers and management.

• CPR/First Aid or similar certifications are advantageous.
