Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for essential platform services

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure dependable software delivery

• Architect and oversee scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies

• Deploy monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions throughout the platform

• Partner with engineering teams to integrate reliability practices into the development lifecycle

• Direct incident response efforts and conduct post-mortem evaluations

• Streamline operational processes through automation to lessen manual workload and boost efficiency

• Assist in security and compliance efforts for enterprise-level deployments

• Guarantee platform scalability, reliability, and high availability

• Contribute to the architecture of infrastructure and the operational strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering

• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration

• Strong background with cloud platforms, ideally AWS

• Practical knowledge of Terraform, Pulumi, or other Infrastructure-as-Code solutions

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus

• Understanding of incident management and production operations

• Awareness of security best practices and enterprise compliance regulations

• Proficient in Python or Go for scripting and automation tasks

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Upper-Intermediate level of English
