Site Payments Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of pricing and investigator payments

• Address and resolve any payment-related issues

• Enhance team capabilities

• Provide functional guidance to Site Payment Analysts within the designated region

• Serve as the main point of escalation for payment queries from study team members and regional SPAs

• Supervise training programs for new and incoming regional SPAs

• Collaborate with the Global Site Payment Manager on resource allocation and assignments

• Offer regional insights on budgeting templates, Payment Exhibits in CTAs, and Subject Visit configurations derived from EDC reports

• Ensure uniformity in regional Site Configuration within the vendor payment system

• Guarantee global consistency of Site Payment processes and methodologies

• Monitor regional SPA compliance to ensure timely payment approvals

• Lead meetings for the regional SPA team

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline

• Experience in financial operations, ideally within clinical trials or the pharmaceutical sector

• Strong background in pricing and investigator payments

• Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and an emphasis on precision

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders

• Capability to work autonomously while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
