Site Payment Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial assistance related to the processing of payments to investigative sites.

• Oversee the complete site payment process, ensuring precision and punctuality.

• Create payment requests, monitor their status, and manage invoice data within Veeva Clinical.

• Partner with the Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to establish fee schedules using standardized templates that align with study-specific visits, procedures, and payment triggers.

• Execute payments based on critical study milestones, such as site closures or terminations.

• Aggregate data and address issues and risks that arise.

• Ensure compliance with contractual guidelines and local regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or its equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.

• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role, comparable to at least 1 year.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong affinity for numerical data and financial figures.

• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.

• Proficiency in English.

• Professional training in Business Administration or a related field.

• Technical positions may necessitate certification.

• Experience in Clinical Operations is preferred.
