Site Payment Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial support for payments to investigative sites.

• Oversee the entire site payment processing accurately and punctually.

• Create payment requests and monitor their status.

• Manage invoice data within Veeva Clinical.

• Work alongside the CTM to establish fee schedules using standardized templates.

• Ensure fee schedules are aligned with study-specific visits, procedures, and payment triggers.

• Facilitate payments based on study milestones, which include site close-out or termination.

• Gather data and address issues and risks.

• Ensure compliance with contractual guidelines and country regulations.

• High/Secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Technical roles may necessitate a certification.

• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong aptitude for numbers and financial figures.

• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling data.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in Clinical Operations is preferred.

• Professional training in Business Administration or a related field.
